Business Centre

We do not have a Business Centre, however, if any secretarial work needed, kindly approach our Front Office Receptionist for assistant.

Butler Service

Trained staff will be available during all shifts to provide technological support to guests who may request assistance for connecting computers or other electronic devices. Please Enquire from our Receptionist.

Check In & Check Out Time

Our check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 12 noon. In case you need some extension time, please contact our Receptionist.

Currency Exchange

Hotels will provide Nepalese currency exchange service for their guests for internationally recognized currency at a reasonable exchange rate. We may have a limited amount at any one time.

Damage to Resort facilities and Parts Thereof

All facilities within the Retreat or in room are for guest’s convenience. Guests shall reimburse us for damage and misuse.

Emergency Services

Retreat shall provide assistance in case of accident or emergency, illness and needing a doctor, accompany during pre-hospitalization or repatriation, informing family etc.

Front Desk & Bell Service

Bell Service and porter service is available 24 hours a day and accompany guests to their rooms, In all check-in, Bell Service or Porter will show the way to open the room door, insert the door key into the power supply gadget and the way to turn on TV among others.

Front Desk Concierge & Left Luggage

Front Desk Concierge is available to assist guests to manage their luggage and provide left luggage service for returning guests.

Medical Services

Out-sourced chargeable Doctors are available on call basis. A 1st aid kit containing well stocked first aid items are available at the Receptionist.

Room Curtesy

Electric kettle and a bottle of alkaline water is provided in-room along with coffee and green tea sachets on complimentary. A service fee will be imposed for additional requirements.Alkaline water at Nrs160 per 1000ml bottle. Two coffee, tea, creamer and Sugar sachets at Nrs.160 per set of 8 pcs

Room Key Control

The RFID door key may be kept by guests at all times during the duration of the stay and to be returned to the Receptionist upon check-out. A charge of NRS300 for an unreturned card.

Shoe Cleaning Service

Guests may request their shoes to be cleaned by using the order form available in the closet. However, we do a little dusting of shoes that are left in the room during our house keeping rounds.

Supply of Towels and Bathroom Amenities

One bath towel, one hand towel and dental kit per check-in guests are provided complimentary for guests use per day and not to be taken away during check-out. Additional requirements are chargeable subject to a minimal fee of Nrs300 per bath towel and Nrs100 per hand towel and Nrs300 for Dental Kit & Shaving Kit.


Security guards are in 24 hrs round daily. If however, extra personal security is needed personally, kindly pre-arrange with us.

Safekeeping of Personal Belongings * Safe Box

There is a personalized private safe box in-room for guest’s private use. Safekeeping of luggage is provided for returning guests. Please contact reception or our Hotline number 123.

Parking Service

In-property secure parking is provided within our compound at owner’s risk.
